Our challenge in this project, according to the demands of the employer, has been to find an answer to link all the demands in the form of a single answer. Each element of the design is responsible for several parts of the problem at the same time. The best solution for a set of needs from the outside, the building seems to be formed by the invisible forces of nature and actually transform the cover of the structure. . On the one hand, we are looking for building codes, building regulations, and the utilization of land capacity to reach a proportionate square footage, and on the other hand, destructive and abnormal forces are at work that disrupt the art of dance and the structure of this work. And forms the shell.
Using the most natural ventilation and light by refining light and fresh air through the ceiling and height as well as renewable energy using solar panels, air quality due to the atrium for natural light penetration
Trying to find all the problems in this project in the form of a conceptual-functional business complex. The conceptual model of this project can be reproduced in other parts of the city.
The design process of this project consists of a series of clear and recognizable activities that have been done in several stages and the design programs are obtained by connecting what is possible in architecture and what one wants to do.
Most design constraints are the result of necessary or desirable relationships between various factors that bring the structure of the design closer to the body of the building, which was one of the internal limitations of the distribution of access and key spaces of the bank's vehicle.
Design idea:
The idea of designing the present body is based on the concept of motion and speed.
-Move :
Movement is relative and always has speed in its heart, movement is understandable only when it is neither too fast nor too slow, speed is also like relative movement. Our perception of our surroundings when walking and driving is completely different. The shell somehow has a lot to say visually by placing two groups of triangles on top of each other.
The use of emptiness, light and shadow and color and texture and the expansion of spatial staging to strengthen the patterns of movement and functional activities are seen in the work.
